C.H. Robinson saw a clear opportunity in the Oracle NetSuite market and identified a sizeable population of high-LTV customers—yet had limited internal bandwidth to move quickly within NetSuite’s complex ecosystem. At the same time, shared customers were working across separate systems and manual processes that added time to launches and complicated order management. ExtendApps developed a scalable NetSuite synchronization app to automate data flows, create a single source of truth, and provision new customer records across both platforms—streamlining onboarding, reducing administrative overhead, accelerating joint go-to-market efforts, and delivering measurable value for C.H. Robinson, NetSuite, and their customers.


The Solution

C.H. Robinson and ExtendApps delivered an end-to-end solution—moving from stakeholder alignment and discovery through rapid design, iterative build, NetSuite certification, and production launch—to deliver a scalable SuiteApp that automates shipment syncing, real-time rate quoting, and customer provisioning inside NetSuite, streamlining onboarding and accelerating joint go-to-market outcomes.

The delivery combined close collaboration with C.H. Robinson to map workflows and prioritize an MVP, an event-driven, supportable architecture built to NetSuite best practices, iterative sprints with frequent demos and pilot validation, and full SuiteApp certification followed by coordinated production rollout and enablement. Post-launch we put monitoring, reconciliation logs, admin tools, and an enhancement roadmap in place to ensure reliable operations and continuous improvement.
