Terms of Use

Last Updated:

1. Welcome

Welcome to ExtendApps.com. By using our website or services you agree to these Terms. If you don’t accept them, please don’t use our services.

2. What we provide

We design and deliver software and support to help you and your customers succeed. Features, availability, and pricing may change; we’ll aim to give fair notice before material changes.

3. Your use — simple rules

Use ExtendApps lawfully and responsibly. Don’t reverse-engineer, misuse, or attempt to access others’ accounts. We may suspend accounts for serious breaches.

4. Intellectual property

We own (or are licensed to use) the content, trademarks, and software on this site. You may view and use content for your internal business purposes only unless we say otherwise.

5. Privacy & personal data
We handle personal information in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy law and the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). If you have questions about your personal data, contact privacy@extendapps.com.
6. Support

We stay with you through onboarding and growth — proactive support is part of how we measure success. For urgent support, email support@extendapps.com.

7. Disclaimers & limits of liability (short version)

We aim for reliability but can’t promise perfection. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExtendApps’ liability for direct damages is limited to amounts paid in the prior 12 months for the affected service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

8. Indemnity

If your actions cause legal claims against ExtendApps, you agree to defend and indemnify us for those claims (to the extent permitted by law).

9. Governing law & disputes (Ontario)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario. Any dispute related to these Terms will be subject to the courts of Ontario.

10. Claims timeframe (brief)

If you have a legal claim, note Ontario’s rules about limitation periods — the Limitations Act generally creates a two-year basic limitation. Please raise issues promptly.

11. Consumer rights

If you’re a consumer in Ontario, certain statutory rights and protections apply and some rights cannot be excluded by contract under Ontario consumer law.

12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date; continued use after that means you accept the updates.
