ServiceTitan is the leading platform for the trades—powering operations, scheduling, dispatch, and field service for thousands of contractors. As more of their customers scaled into the mid-market and enterprise segments, demand for a modern, deep integration with Oracle NetSuite surged.

But building a SuiteApp that met the expectations of NetSuite finance teams, respected the complexity of ServiceTitan’s domain, and was ready for certification and ecosystem distribution required expertise beyond the internal roadmap.

ServiceTitan needed a partner who could:

  • Lead product design with an understanding of both platforms

  • Identify which ServiceTitan capabilities would matter most to NetSuite organizations
